Sleep More and Get Lean

The final piece of the puzzle is sleep. Carving eight hours out of the day for sleep can be tough, but with a plan and some discipline, you can make it happen.

Getting enough sleep will not only make you leaner, it can transform your life. Start thinking about ways to get more sleep into your life. Can you sneak in a nap once in awhile? What changes will allow you to sleep more at night?

Unplugging from the world, a bedtime ritual and a cozy bed might be all you need. Someone to snuggle with is optional, but highly recommended, especially for those long naps on rainy afternoons.

Rest is key to getting healthy and lean.
