This Paleo berry dessert tastes as good as it looks. A sparkler would make a really cool garnish, if you happen to have one.
Use either one large glass bowl or several small glass bowls (I used individual glass bowls and that worked really well). You may have to adjust the amount of ingredients to fit your bowls and the number of people you'll be serving. Plan on about 1/2 cup of each berry and 1/2 cup of coconut cream per person. Have fun with this one; it's like art.
Happy 4th of July!
My preferred method is to refrigerate 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk overnight. Then I remove the solid part that forms at the top and place it in a food processor (you can save the liquid in the bottom for coffee or a smoothie). Whip the coconut until it gets thick and smooth (1-2 minutes). Add the honey and mix well.
