Whenever I hang out with a bunch of Paleo eaters, I notice something interesting: they're really sexy, in a healthy, natural way.
Here's why Paleo eaters are sexy:
This is how I know the Paleo diet works. If our bodies were not meant to eat the types of food we classify as "Paleo," we wouldn't have so much energy. But Paleo eaters are brimming with energy.
If you want to increase your energy right now, today, you should do 2 things:
Then, if you really want to feel like a million bucks, take a long walk in a park or near water, followed by a solid 8 hours of sleep. You'll wake up energetic and much sexier!
A Paleo-eating friend pointed out to me that Paleo eaters have brighter eyes and clearer skin than most people. I've noticed that too. Paleo eaters look healthy. Looking healthy is the result of a high-nutrient diet, active lifestyle and balanced endocrine system. In other words, looking healthy is a result of acting healthy. You won't find Paleo eaters sitting around eating chips in front of the TV.

Anywhere you go these days, there are overweight people. But not at Paleo events. Look around a group of Paleo devotees and not only will you not see any overweight people, you'll see a lot of really lean people.
Check out John Durant if you're wondering what Paleo can do for you. He's super lean and smiles a lot.
A funny thing happens when you lower your processed carb intake and eat plenty of high-quality protein and fat: you start to feel better. When you add in things like spending time outdoors, doing workouts that actually work and sleeping more, your whole outlook on life starts to shift. Life starts to look pretty good when you're living in tune with what your body wants, instead of fighting against it.

Yes, it's true. Paleo fans aren't afraid of a little sun. Our bodies like sun, just not too much. Spending some time outdoors in sunlight can do wonders for your health. If you want to learn more about the health benefits of sun and spending time outdoors, check out Mark Sisson's book The Primal Blueprint.
Just like our moms taught us, Paleo eaters are big into sharing. Whether it's a personal success story, a favorite recipe, or tips on how to cook a whole pig, Paleo lovers have got you covered. And that's sexy!
